Zero-tolerance for objectionable content
By creating a profile you agree to these Terms and to a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You will not post, send, or solicit content that is sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual, violent or graphic, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, and you will not impersonate others or post another person's content without consent. We filter content, let users report profiles and messages, and review reports within 24 hours; accounts that violate this policy are suspended and removed. We may remove abusive users or objectionable content without notice. Acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and version.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use LoveJan. Age is verified server-side at signup for all territories. You may not use LoveJan where prohibited by law (see Availability).
Availability and export compliance
LoveJan is not offered in U.S.-embargoed or OFAC comprehensively-sanctioned jurisdictions — including Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, and the sanctioned regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk). Do not use LoveJan from these locations or in violation of applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
Acceptable use and safety
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, nudity in previews, impersonation, or minors.
- Block and Report are available in every chat; we review reports and may remove accounts.
- We do not tolerate bots or fake profiles.
Subscriptions (Premium)
- Premium is one optional, auto-renewable subscription with flat pricing identical for all users (no gender-based or personalized pricing). It unlocks extras such as unlimited likes, see-who-liked-you, advanced filters, Travel Mode, and boost. Matching and messaging are always free.
- Billing is handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; renewals charge within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Early adopters granted founding-member status retain free access as described in the app.
Content and conduct
You own your content; you grant us a limited license to display it to other users to operate the service. You are responsible for your interactions — meet safely.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account), which removes your data immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
LoveJan is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
