The right path for your account

Keep signing in with the Apple or Google account you used in the mobile app. An email sign-in on the web may create a different account; it will not recover your existing matches.

Complete signup and verification in the mobile app. The web preview can save an email-based profile. Its current signup flow stops at verification, before browsing members or messaging becomes available in the web interface.

LoveJan is built for Persian and Iranian singles. Verification approval is required before a profile can appear in Discover, and optional private photos can stay hidden until a match. The standard route uses a selfie check; members can request human review as described in our Privacy Policy. Verification does not guarantee identity or intentions.

Does LoveJan have a web version?
Yes. LoveJan has a browser experience where an email account can create and save a profile. Full access depends on verification and a supported sign-in method. Email-only web accounts cannot currently complete verification. Use the mobile app for the complete signup and verification journey.
Can I use my existing Apple or Google account on the web?
Apple and Google web sign-in are not currently available in the public build. If you already use LoveJan on your phone, keep using the same method there. Signing in by email on the web can create a separate account without your existing profile, matches or messages.
Can I complete the selfie check in my browser?
Browser selfie verification is not available yet. The current check takes place in the LoveJan mobile app. A web account needs a supported, linked sign-in method to continue with that same account on a phone.
Will my two accounts merge when Apple sign-in becomes available?
No automatic merge is promised. Adding a sign-in method and merging accounts are different operations. If you have already created separate accounts, contact support@lovejan.app before changing your profile or repeating verification.
What does LoveJan's selfie check mean?
It is a step to help check that the person taking the selfie matches their profile. Verification cannot guarantee someone's intentions or eliminate scams. Use the safety guide, meet in a public place and report suspicious behaviour.
